Cypher Courier Order Form

Retailer: Use this form to place orders for the Cypher Courier Retailer Support program. Products are organized by brand; within each brand core products are listed first, then supplementary titles are listed alphabetically after. The price shown is MSRP; your discount will be applied in the checkout stage. Products shown on this form are available; if a product is out of stock or not included in the program, it does not appear on this form.

You’ll need to complete this process separately for each individual order. If you have multiple orders, complete this process for the first one, then return to this page to repeat it for the second one, and so on. Here’s how to use this form:

1. If you haven’t already, log into the MCG Shop using the email address you provided us when you signed up for the program.
2. Click “Add to Cart” next to any item to be included in the order. You can, of course, increase the quantity if your customer has ordered more than one copy of a title.
3. When you’ve added all items, click on the shopping cart at the top of this page (right-hand corner).
4. On the checkout page, enter your secret code in the Coupon field.
5. Enter your customer’s address when asked for shipping information.
