Cypher Chronicles, vol. 47-2016

Iadace, and welcome to Cypher Chronicles!

MCG News

We’re taking a week off (12/26—1/1). Our store will still be open for orders, and you’ll be able to immediately download your digital purchases.

We’re having a live Numenera game on Twitch on January 5th, and these are the pregenerated characters we’re using!

Tanus, a Strong-Willed Jack who Commands Mental Powers

Shanna’s Numenera novel, The Poison Eater, has an excerpt here, and you can preorder it here, here, and here (among other places).

No Thank You, Evil! is part of this week’s Bundle of Holding for kid-friendly RPGs!

Geek & Sundry named Bruce’s fantasy setting Gods of the Fall one of the best RPGs they’ve seen in 2016!

We’re wrapping up Season 1 of Cypher Play Numenera (our in-store organized play program). Ask your store to sign up for Season 2—Sun, Sand, and Sky is six brand-new scenarios by MCG’s Dennis, and it’s free!

Get Inspired

Inspire Us

Got something you’d like to see published in Cypher Chronicles next week? A cool blog post you’ve written about our games, scientific news that inspires your The Strange campaign, an Atlas Obscura photo that makes you dream of the Ninth World, a Kickstarter campaign that kindles your imagination, a charity event near and dear to your heart…share whatever you think would inspire Team MCG and would also be a good fit for Cypher Chronicles. Send your recommendations to cychron@montecookgames.com (submitting a recommendation does not guarantee publication).
